Postdocs
We are looking for post-docs with a background in Comp. Science, Bioengineering.
We are working on novel scalable solutions for data science, time-series data visualization and analysis, cloud-based data analysis and are developing next generation tools/mechanisms for data integration and distribution.
In our lab, our students and postdocs spend equal amounts of time on research and software engineering. If you are interested in developing quality software, agile development processes , and data science at scale, you will likely be a great fit for our lab.
Full-stack software engineers
We are looking for full-stack software engineers who are enthusiastic about developing scalable platform solutions for the sciences. If you are post-bachelor in Comp. Science or have an equivalent background and fluent either Java/Scala, Vue.js, Python, and eager to learn, please feel free to reach out or fill out an application here:
Responsibilities include:
Development of frontend/or backend functionality for a number of large platform applications
Actively engage in agile processes, project planning, and engineering support.
Work with a diverse group of engineers, scientists, students and various external partners to develop high quality software.
